The Lead Pastor of The Pointe Church retired in May 2022. A Pastoral Search Committee has been established alongside The Board to locate the new Lead Pastor of The Pointe Church. We are confident that God will lead us to our next Lead Pastor.

John Hopkins
Pastoral Search Team Member
John has been attending The Pointe Church since 2012 and has served on the tech team and on the board of TPC Holdings. He moved to Fort Wayne in 1992 to work at Sweetwater and has been working there ever since. He now serves as the President CEO of the company. He loves the church - the people, the worship, the Bible-based messages, and the call to community. He is married to Dawn who plays piano on the worship team, and has two children, Becca and John, and five (almost six) grandchildren.
